The Department of Code Enforcement administers and enforces all laws, codes, ordinances and regulations, both State and local, including the Uniform Construction Code, the Land Use Regulations of the Town of Morristown, the Property Maintenance Code of the Town of Morristown and any laws and/or regulations relating to the Divisions within the Code Enforcement Department, relating to building, construction, plumbing, fire protection, electrical enforcement, safety and control of land use, health, and shall perform all inspections relating thereto.
