Morristown Paid Sick Leave

On January 11, 2017, the Town of Morristown Paid Sick Leave Ordinance becomes effective.
 
The Ordinance requires employers to provide paid sick leave to their private-sector employees who work within Town of Morristown limits.
 
The Morristown Division of Health  is responsible for coordinating implementing and enforcing this Ordinance.
