If you believe that you parked at a meter that is not functioning properly, just call the MPA at (973) 539-4810 as soon as possible, preferably at the time of parking, provide your contact information and we will perform a meter check.
Please note that in order for our meter technician to perform a meter check we will require the meter ID Number located on the meter, or if you received a ticket the number is located on the front of the ticket. You will then be notified of the results and advised how to proceed.
If you believe a ticket is invalid, call the MPA and we will investigate. If we can not assist you we will direct you to the Morristown Violations Bureau.
