Open Application for
Council Appointments

Guidelines for Applying for Boards and Commissions

Please submit one application per board or commission for which you are applying – submit both pages. Submit the application(s) to the Town Clerk's office on the first floor of Town Hall (200 South Street). The application will be kept on file for two years. The application can be downloaded (application) or a copy can be obtained from the Town Clerk's office.

Current board or commission members must submit a new application at the end of their term if they wish to reapply.
