Fees |
Registration Fee (New as of June 1, 2005) are $30 per unit (no fee required when filing for Owner-Occupancy).
Every landlord must submit this fee along with Each registration form at time of anniversary date of Notification or upon vacancy with new tenancy. $2.50 is allowed to be passed-through to the tenant monthly as a Surcharge.
