SIDEWALK SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL REMINDER

Morristown residents and commercial property owners are reminded that per Town Ordinance 13-12, Section a. 4, Residents / Property Owners are responsible for clearing their sidewalks of snow and ice. Failure to comply with this ordinance may result in a Summons and/or Fine.

Shoveling large amounts of heavy, wet snow—such as the snowfall currently descending on the Northeast—can pose significant health risks, particularly with heart and back strain. Please exercise caution when shoveling snow and remember to dress appropriately, pace yourself, stay hydrated and take breaks.

Residential and Hardship Parking Renewals (for on-street parking only) for the 2026 year are now open.

2025 Parking Permits expire on 12/31/2025 and residents requiring on street parking for their street or for hardship purposes are encouraged to renew by 12/31/2025.
