Morristown Train Station Improvements – Phase II

• Contractor: HBC Company, Inc.
• Work Description: Installation of new streetscape light poles
• Location: Lafayette Avenue sidewalk adjacent to NJ Transit train trestle
• Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Limited to 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for work in roadway, Monday through Friday
• Project Start: Monday 4/7
• Estimated Duration: 2 weeks
• Special Conditions:
• Sidewalk in work area to be closed during work hours.
• One lane to be closed during work hours (9:00 am to 3:00 pm).
• All businesses, homes, and adjacent streets in the area will remain accessible.

Lidgerwood Park Restroom Improvements

• Contractor: RSA Home Improvements
• Work Description: Interior renovation of bathrooms

• Location: Lidgerwood Parkway
• Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Project Start: Ongoing
• Completion Date: Late May 2025
• Special Conditions:

• Restrooms are closed until completion.
• Construction trucks, equipment, and workers entering and working at/around restroom building.

Burnham Park Concession Building Restroom Improvements

• Contractor: RSA Home Improvements
• Work Description: Interior renovation of bathrooms

• Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Project Start: Ongoing
• Completion Date: Late May 2025
• Special Conditions:
• Restrooms are closed until completion.
• Construction trucks, equipment, and workers entering and working at/around restroom building.

Concrete Sidewalk Grinding Services

• Contractor: Waters & Bugbee General Contractors

• Work Description: Grinding of uneven concrete sidewalk sections to remove tripping hazards
• Location: Various streets throughout the town
• Work Hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Project Start: Ongoing
• Estimated Duration: 2 year contract (2025-2026)
• Special Conditions:
• Work to occur periodically throughout the town as funds become available.
• Select sidewalk sections to be closed during grinding operations.
