Morristown Town's Clerk's Office

The Office of the Morristown Town Clerk is the responsible agency for the conduct of Morristown municipal elections.
In this capacity, the Clerk answers to the County Clerk who, in turn, ultimately answers to the Secretary of State.

Morris County’s elections are administered by two offices: the Morris County Board of Elections and the Morris County Clerk’s Office.

This office administers voter registration, party affiliation, challenger applications, and other services related to elections in Morris County.
