Fee's
Registration fees (new as of June 1, 2005) are $30 per unit (no fee required when filing for owner-occupancy).
Every landlord must submit this fee along with each registration form at time of anniversary date of notification or upon vacancy with new tenancy. $2.50 is allowed to be passed-through to the tenant monthly as a surcharge.
