Property & Evidence Unit

The Property Bureau is responsible for the storage and handling of all property obtained by the department. All property and evidence that is recovered is packaged, barcoded, stored in a secure area and is catalogued for retrieval at a later time. The Property Officer is also responsible for submitting all evidence to the proper labs and maintaining the chain of custody.

Anyone wishing to retrieve property that has been stored by the Bureau of Police should contact Officer Hudson prior to arrival to ensure that the items can be retrieved and made available.
