Warning Notice or Door Hangers are given to provide notice of a possible violation. This is NOT a summons or ticket but will become a violation if not complied with.

Violations are issued to give notice of a failure to comply with Town Code. A time period will be listed for compliance and abatement. This is NOT a summons or ticket but will become one if the violation is not abated during the time frame suggested. If more time is needed, a HEARING NOTICE can be completed.
Summonses or tickets are given if violations are not abated. These can be payable, or court required depending on the violation.
