Construction Permit Application (Jacket). These forms are part of the jacket and must be filled out at the Building & Construction Office. All information needed for the jacket are on the first three (3) forms below.

Prior to connecting to the Morristown’s sewer system a sewer connection permit must be obtained from the Sewer Utility.  The Engineering Division performs the sewer connection fee determination.

In an attempt to streamline many of the processes conducted through the Bureau of Police, we are pleased to provide the following forms in the Adobe PDF format. You will need the free Adobe Reader Software to complete these forms. Please note that at this time, only certain forms may be submitted electronically. All other forms should be completed and turned into the Police Department.

You need a permit to open any street, curb or sidewalk. This permit is in addition to any zoning or building permits.
