As Mayor, let me personally welcome you to the Town of Morristown!

Morristown is a socially and ethnically diverse community offering a wide range of amenities and services to its residents as well as exciting retail and entertainment venues to cater to persons of all ages, and family dynamics.

Here are a few things you should know about the Town of Morristown:

  • Morristown is the Morris County seat, providing services such as Passport Applications and renewal, Voter Registration, Marriages, and County ID’s.
  • The Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) located at 100 South Street is a performing arts organization which provides a wide range of programs that entertain, enrich and educate. Many famous acts have played at this venue.
  • The Morristown Partnership is responsible for the revitalization and general upkeep of the Town’s Central Business District, along with the responsibility of recruiting businesses to Morristown and keeping them here. The Morristown Partnership hosts The Fall Festival on the Green, Trick or Treat in Downtown Morristown, The Farmers Market and Santa on the Green.   • The Morristown NJ Transit Train Station on Morris Avenue is a major transportation hub in Morris County. The stations provides direct access to Hoboken and New York Penn Station.

  • Morristown Memorial Hospital located at 100 Madison Avenue and accessible from Franklin Street, is on the forefront of medicine. The Hospital is renowned for its cardiac and cancer wing, as well as the highly regarded children’s wing.   • Annual FREE Summer Jazz and Blues Festival held at the Morristown Green, typically the third Saturday in August from Noon-10:00pm.
