NEW CHANGES TO PET LICENSING

Current licenses expires on June 30th. This year there are three options to renew:

1.) In person (Cat License Application or Dog License Application)

2.) Through the mail.

If you are applying by mail, payment must be made by check or money order payable to “Town of Morristown.” Cash payments are only accepted in person. If applying by mail, a   self-addressed stamped envelope must accompany the Cat License Application or Dog License Application, along with your check or money order.  Please mail your application to the Division of Health address at the top of this form.

3.) ONLINE though Spatial Data Logic

Be sure to include proof of rabies vaccination and neuter/spay (if applicable). Additionally, The Division of Health is pleased to announce we now can accept credit card payments for pet licensing only! Furthermore, pet owners have the option to license their pet for one (1) or three (3) years. Please be advised that a three (3) year license must coincide with a three (3) year rabies vaccine.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Please be advised, if applying for a new license, you will have to create an online SDL account.
  • Check your email for a “SDL Portal Payment Request” if you already an e-mail on file for your pet license. Your renewal will be e-mailed to you.
  • The fees for licensing are as follows:

ONE (1) YEAR LICENSING FEES

  • Dog/Cat Neutered or Spayed - $10.00
  • Dog/Cat Not Neutered or Spayed - $20.00
  • Service Dog - $0.00

THREE (3) YEAR LICENSING FEES

  • Dog/Cat Neutered or Spayed - $25.00
  • Dog/Cat Not Neutered or Spayed - $35.00
  • Service Dog - $0.00
