  • Residential & Hardship Parking Permits expire on December 31st of each year.
  • For the next Calendar Year permits, please RENEW your residential & hardship parking permits beginning December 1st (or as of the date posted).
  • Renew with the Town Clerk's Office between 9am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. A maximum of three (3) permits will be issued to each dwelling unit.
  • If no special consideration is required, you may file your application via email at resparking@townofmorristown.org or by mail to 200 South Street, Morristown NJ 07960
  • Note: your driver’s license and vehicle registration MUST be included as an attachment and match your Morristown address.
 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL & HARDSHIP PARKING

  • NO OUT OF STATE PLATES.
  • REGISTRATION MUST BE IN REQUESTORS NAME

 

****IMPORTANT NOTE, per Ordinance 7-17.5(d) , vehicles are permitted to park on the street for which the sticker was issued and DOES NOT guarantee parking. It permits long term non-metered parking, past the 2 hours parking restrictions and DOES NOT extend to any other road or street. Parking on any other street may result in a ticket.
